Director Vijay Sri’s Dhadha 87- 2.0, starring charu hasan as the protagonist-
Dhadha 87 film was released last year and got positive reviews from the audience. Charu haasan acted as the protagonist. The film was written and directed by Vijay sri. Charu hasan played as a local don and proved why he was the National award winner for his versatile acting.
While his younger brother ‘Padmasri’ Kamal haasan is referred to as ‘Ulaga Nayagan’, Charu hasan Is fondly referred to as Vayathin Ulaga Nayagan ( Aging Superstar) as he has acted in Dhadha 87 at the age of 87.
Dhadha 87 film’s teaser was released at the time of kaala film teaser release and appreciated worldwide for its making. On seeing that the fans requested to the director that Charu hasan should act as a don throughout a film. Finally the director has accepted their request. Yes. They are (charu hasan, Vijay sri) joining hands for the second time.
Strength of the protagonist is just not based on his body strength and its his mental strength and the protagonist should be a clever man too. Dhadha 87 -2.0 movie’s one line is based on this concept . How a local Don emerges as a World don by his wisdom is the core concept of the film. Leading actors and veteran actors,who have not been on the screen for years are also to be roped in for this film.
Director vijay Sri has completed his recent film PUBG alias Polladha Ulagil Bayangara Game. The post production of the movie is going on. The movie is starring Arjuman ( Vikram’s nephew) as the male lead and Bigboss fame Aishwarya Dutta as female lead. Anithra nair, Santhini, Sandriyah, Aradya , Julie are also part of this film. Mime gopi is also playing an important role in this film.
Before the imposing of lockdown, a week of Dhadha 87- 2.0 shooting went on featuring Charu hasan, Mime gopi and other actors from koothu-P-pattarai.
Once the lockdown is uplifted, the shooting of the film Dhadha 8.7- 2.0 will resume as per the Government’s norms. The film is to be shot in Kerala, goa and various parts of chennai. Leander Lee marty, who has composed music for Dhadha 87, PUBG is joining hands with the director for the third time. Gopi is the dop of the film. The teaser of the movie is to be released very soon.
